Here are a few more handouts for September's Come Follow Me curriculum!
The overall focus of the month is "The Commandments".
The handouts below directly coordinate to the lesson outline...
"WHY DO WE FAST?"
Feel free to print off , share, and use for your lessons!
You can download the handouts by right clicking on the picture and selecting "save image as"
and then copy and paste the images in a word document or download a PDF image by clicking on the links below.
Keep in mind that if you attempt to change the sizing, you may run the risk of slightly blurring the image!
Above is fun handout that outlines some of the ingredients and preparations for a "Fast Sundae" Recipe!

Above is a card that you could hand out to the young women during or at the end of your lesson.
The girls could write down the blessings they can personally receive from fasting.

You are awesome!! thanks for you adorable and inspiring YW handouts!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your talents and providing such adorable YW handouts! I just noticed that the second handout, after downloading, is missing the beginning of line 3 ("Share with Heavenly Father the purpose of your fast") or perhaps it is inked in white, so not visible. I know it's probably an easy fix on your end, so I thought I'd let you know before too many sisters start preparing lessons this month. Thanks again for sharing your creativity!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you noticed that! I just fixed it! Everything should be good to go now!
DeleteI really appreciate your awesome handouts. I've been using them in a newsletter that I create for the YW in our ward each month. The newsletter needs to be in black and white and sometimes some of the lettering in the handouts doesn't show up very well when I change it to grayscale. I don't know if this is possible, but it would be awesome if you could include black and white versions of all of your handouts too. Thanks again, you are very talented!
ReplyDeleteThese are so cute! What do you use to make all your printable's?
ReplyDeleteThanks a ton! I use Adobe Illustrator to create the different designs and handouts!
DeleteYay! Thank you so much. You are the BEST! Our girls will love these.

ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful. I just handed out today's handouts and had to come back for more. My Laurels LOVE them. They are beautiful. I printed the handouts on photo paper and the activity on cardstock. My girls were thrilled.
ReplyDeleteLove your designs, so cute!! Are you going to do one for this months "keeping the Sabbath day holy?"
ReplyDeleteLove all your cute designs! Are you by chance going to design something for the other lesson this month in YW's on keeping the Sabbath day holy?

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your hard work. I love this website so much. The girls love the handouts and all tell me that they have a corner in their room where they tape everything up. I teach Mia Maids, but the Laurels always come in and ask if I have extra handouts. Thank you again!
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU, this is perfect! Your blog is going to be a new favorite! I was just called to be the YW prez in our ward in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada and this will help my lesson beautifully!
